Terms and Conditions

1. Selected monthly plan allows for an unlimited number of washes of the selected wash plan for the enrolled vehicle. Activation period is monthly.

2. There are no refunds, credits or adjustments for days or times that a car wash is temporarily closed due to inclement weather or maintenance.

3. Every month, on the anniversary date of enrollment, your Unlimited Wash Card will be renewed and your credit card will automatically be charged.

4. Members will be tracked utilizing the vehicles license plate number and vehicle description. Should you receive a new license plate or car, you must complete a transfer form. Transfer forms are available at Car Wash location or on the website online here

5. To upgrade your wash type, customer pays the difference between the Unlimited Plan wash type and the upgrade requested.

6. Some restrictions may apply to commercial vehicles. For restrictions on vehicles, visit here

7. No other coupons or offers are valid in conjunction with the Unlimited Plan.

8. Monthly pricing rates may be increased with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.

9. To discontinue, member must notify in person at the Car Wash location or online here. Member must be able to provide license plate number and wash card number located on the back of their pass beneath the bar code.

10. In the event Gilroy Express Wash is not able to charge a members credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the member's plan will be deactivated on the 1st day after his or her billing date.
